MY SERVICES AND FEES

My fees vary, dependent on a number of factors- it’s all about ensuring you get what you expect and what you want on the day!

Some of the factors are: 

How much preparation is needed for your ceremony? 

Is it on a weekday, a weekend, a public holiday?

Is it peak wedding season? 

Do you want a rehearsal?

I also want to make sure that I will be a good fit for you as your celebrant, because the celebrant standing up there on the day with the two of you is a person you want to be able to feel completely at ease with and have trust in- trust that they will create and deliver a ceremony that you and your guests will love and that will be appropriate for YOU. What I offer:

Diamond Wedding Ceremony 

Available 7 days a week

This wedding ceremony is for those that would like all the things included!

Inclusions:

 Not Included:

• No permits- you must organise your own permit through Council/other if your ceremony is in a public space if required
• An official marriage certificate from Births, Deaths and Marriages. (I can order one on your behalf for $70 delivered to your home address if required- the one you keep on the day is commemorative and will not be sufficient if you wish to change your name or for other circumstances in which you need proof of marrriage).

RUBY CEREMONY

Monday- Friday only; or available on Saturdays/Sundays at full ceremony fee

For Monday-Friday ceremonies, I will send you a ‘pick and choose quote’ so you can tick what you want and leave what you don’t want.

Most suited to elopements (yourselves and two witnesses) or micro- weddings of up to 30 people.

These ceremonies are 15-20 minutes in duration.

Inclusions:

• All legal aspects covered before, during and after the ceremony.
• Vow Writing Guide
• An intimate, personalised short ceremony

Optional Extras for the Ruby:

• An official marriage certificate from Births, Deaths and Marriages. (I can order one on your behalf for $70 delivered to your home address if required- the one you keep on the day is commemorative and will not be sufficient if you wish to change your name or for other circumstances in which you need proof of marrriage).
• Personalised vow cards to keep as a memento
• Presentation folder with a copy of your ceremony
• PA or Bluetooth speaker for ceremony music

SAPPHIRE – THE LEGALS ONLY

$600, MONDAY- THURSDAY ONLY

Literally JUST THE PAPERWORK and about 5-10 minutes maximum! Yep, this is just for those of you who want to be legally married without a ceremony. We meet at a local cafe and complete the paperwork and say the legal words at the table.

This is not suitable for a ceremony with guests (apart from your 2 witnesses), a hired venue etc. It is suitable for when you just want to be married legally without any extras!

Inclusions:

• Legal paperwork supplied prior to the day with guidance on what is required
• Legalities on the day completed at a local cafe. This consists of the legal monitum said by me (75 words) followed by each of you saying the legally required vows
• All legal paperwork supplied and your marriage registered with the relevant state BDM.

Not Included:

• There is no ceremony involved- this is a service for those who want the bare minimum. 
• Witnesses- you must provide your 2 witnesses over the age of 18 to hear you saying the legal words on the day.
• An official marriage certificate from Births, Deaths and Marriages (I can order one on your behalf for $70 delivered to your home address if required- the one you keep on the day is commemorative and will not be sufficient if you wish to change your name or for other circumstances, eg visa applications, in which you need proof of marrriage).

MC Service

If you are looking for a person to coordinate your reception and do not want to ask a family member or friend to bear that responsibility, I would be very happy to stay on after the ceremony and do that for you!

Benefits include: reassurance that a professional MC will take care of everything, which means you and your guests can relax; timing of speakers and meals is on schedule; ensuring photographers/videographers/musicians are always kept informed of important moments.

My MC (master of ceremonies) service includes:

• Providing any speakers with a ‘how to write a killer wedding speech’ document in the weeks/months leading up to the wedding
• Giving speakers a microphone technique heads- up on the day and supporting/guiding them on the day
• Liaising with the venue, catering staff, photographers/videographers, musicians etc
• Creating a run sheet and keeping everything to schedule
• Hosting reception
• Introducing wedding party, speakers, announcements, first dance, cake- cutting, opening of dance floor, etc
• Troubleshooting if problems arise

Adventure Elopements!

Perhaps you’d like an adventure whilst getting hitched- doing it on horseback, skydiving (as soon as you land!), hot air ballooning, or scuba diving! Cost dependent on activity and time of year- please see ‘elope’ page.
